Explore Lodgical Solution with Demonstration Mode
Lodgical Solution Enterprise has the ability to run in a Demonstration Mode that allows all editing and transactions made in this state to not reflect on your property’s financials, chart, and overall Lodgical data. Demo mode can be useful for current employees to learn and explore all the capabilities of Lodgical Solution. This component also makes training new employees on Lodgical effortless.
To operate in Demo mode, you will first need to update the Demo data:
- Go to File, Software Updates & Information, and then Update Software.
- Select Demo Data and Download Update.
To access Demonstration Mode:
- Go to File, Run Demo.
Once open, you can access all the features Lodgical offers. The potential activities you can execute in Demo mode include but are not limited to: creating and cancelling reservations, making non-credit card transactions, running reports, checking guests in and out, and changing settings/preferences.
