Owner Portal: Booking an Owner Stay

Access the owner portal by using the url for the SSL cert with /owners at the end. 

This must be turned on in the Condo Configuration in Lodgical before it is available to Owners.

Log into the Owner Portal using your login credentials. Once you are logged in, you will see an option along the menu bar that says “Booking”. You will want to click that. 

From here, you can make a reservation for your stay as an owner. To make sure there’s availability for the dates desired, you’ll want to check your Calendar, which can be found by selecting the word “Calendar” in the menu bar (to the left of the word “Booking” from the instruction above). 

If the dates you choose are unavailable, you will receive a message that they are unavailable. 

If the dates are available, it will give you a message that your reservation has been submitted and it will show you your reservation number. 

Please note that this is only for owners booking their own stays in their own units. Reservations for guests should be made on your website or over the phone.
